In the area of public contracting, we have advised State Finance Secretariats and private companies on the structuring and formalization of PPS’s and PPP’s for the development and operation of road, highway, hospital and prison infrastructure. 

Similarly, we have advised domestic and foreign clients on public procurement matters with various Mexican public entities (including the Federal Electricity Commission, Pemex, the Ministry of National Defense, and the Attorney General’s Office, among others), including public bidding requirements, public contracts (and their amendments), restricted invitations and direct awards, breach of public contracts (both by clients and public entities), termination of public contracts, indemnification of damages, disqualification procedures and challenge procedures (non-conformities).
