– Counsel to the consortium that won a bid from Pemex Exploración y Producción for the exploitation, production, transportation and processing of natural gas in the Burgos Basin (Multiple Service Contracts).

– Advising a US company in the whole planning and structuring process for the installation of an LNG project in Baja California, Mexico.

– Advising a natural gas distribution company for 4 years in regulatory aspects, including negotiations and signature of hedges, transportation, gas purchase and sale, capacity reservation, distribution, interconnection, and construction contracts, both with PGPB and with several private companies, and follow-up of a large number of contracts.

– Advising a U.S. company in the sale of a natural gas distributor.

– Advising a Dutch company in a joint venture with a Mexican company for the transportation and installation of marine platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.

– Advising a Mexican company in connection with coal gas projects for self-supply or delivery to Pemex.

– Advising the office of the General Counsel of Pemex in matters related to the reconfiguration of the refinery “Ing. Héctor R. Lara Sosa” (Cadereyta).

– Advising a Dutch company in a joint venture with a Mexican company for the construction and operation of a pipeline for the transportation of fuels, as well as storage facilities for oil products.

– Advising a Canadian company for the acquisition of a gas pipeline in Mexico.

– Advising a Colombian company in a joint venture with 2 companies (Argentinean and Japanese) in 2 bids for the development of gas pipelines to provide services to the CFE.

– Advising a group of US investors in a project for the import, distribution and transportation of LP gas and diesel.

– Advising a Mexican consortium in its participation in Round 1, phase 3 mature onshore wells, as well as aspects related to the financing of such project.

– Advising a Mexican company in its participation in the Round 2.3 Land Fields, as well as aspects related to the financing of such project.

– Advising a Mexican-Canadian consortium in its participation for the contracting of a data processing and analysis project derived from the operation of the National Natural Gas Control Center.

– Advising a Swiss-Mexican consortium in its participation in a bid for the processing and analysis of data derived from the oil operation, before the National Commission of Hydrocarbons.

Electricity / Renewable Energy

– Advising a project developer for a 50 MW power generation plant in the Southeast of Mexico.

– Advising a Mexican company in a mini-hydroelectric project for the generation of energy in a river basin in Mexico.

– Advising a Canadian company in a bidding process for the acquisition of 5 PPI’s in Mexico.

– Advising a Mexican company in order to obtain 40 self-supply permits from the CRE.

– Advising a Mexican consortium in all regulatory aspects for the development of a wind farm in Tamaulipas, Mexico, including the financing of the project.

– Advising a Mexican company on regulatory aspects for the transmission of a generation permit (wind farm) before the CRE, as well as on interconnection and open season aspects before the CFE.

– Advising Mexican companies on all regulatory aspects for the development of several solar parks in Mexico.

Infrastructure / PPP’s / Public procurement / Others

– Advising the Ministries of Finance and Communications of the State of Mexico on 4 road and highway PPS, including the creation of the guarantee trust before Banobras, affecting the payroll tax of the State of Mexico.

– Advising the Secretary of Finance of the State of Mexico and the ISSEMYM in 2 PPS of high specialty hospitals, including the creation of the guarantee trust before Banobras, affecting the payroll tax of the State of Mexico.

– Advising a Mexican company in a CPS for a federal prison.

– Advising a Mexican company in its negotiations with the Peruvian Social Security in a PPP for the construction, operation and maintenance of a hospital for patients with chronic renal diseases.

– Advising a Mexican company in a bidding process for the financing, replacement and maintenance of all the escalators of the Mexico City subway.

– Advising a Mexican company in the concession for the financing, replacement, operation and maintenance of all the lights in a municipality in the North of Mexico, including the creation of a guarantee trust affecting federal interests.

– Advising the SCT in the follow-up and compliance with 2 PPS of federal highways.

– Advising the SCT in the release of rights of way of 3 road projects.

– Advising a Mexican company in the preparation and negotiation of 2 unsolicited proposals for hospital projects in Mexico City.

– Advising 2 Mexican companies in the contracting of the regularization of rights of way of the national gas pipeline network operated by CENAGAS.

– Advising and structuring a business group related to the emerging Mexican cannabis market, both in medical, industrial and recreational aspects.
