Negotiation of international treaties with the United States of America, IMO, ILO, IOPC Fund. Representative of Mexico. Elected (2014) and re-elected (2017) as auditor of the IOPC Funds (intergovernmental organization with 118 member countries that provides compensation in the event of oil spills). Consultant of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation in maritime matters.
Corporate and M&A
Analysis, risk identification and mitigation alternatives in commercial transactions and civil contracts, contract management, due diligence, establishment of foreign companies in Mexico, corporate aspects and legal support for the development of activities in Mexico.
